Approve or reject documents
Think of tax returns and annual accounts. You can then indicate that they must be sent directly to, for example, the Tax Authorities or Chamber of Commerce.

Your online file
You can view your online file at your accountancy or administration office and view documents. You can also scan documents yourself with the app and save them directly in a folder to share them with your accountancy / administration office. Think of invoices or contracts.

Current news items
In the app you will see current news items that have been specially selected for you based on your profile or the sector in which you work.

Contact
In the app you can see the contact details of your accountant or administrative office.

General information about the app
To use this app, you need the login details of the customer portal of your accountancy or administration office. Ask your relationship manager if they offer you this. After entering your login details and possibly an SMS code, you choose a personal PIN code to log in to the app in the future. This way the data in the app is always kept safe and easily accessible. If you are logged in and you have access to multiple entities (eg companies), you can directly access all the functionality for these entities.

It is possible that you do not see or have access to certain parts of the app. This may depend on the client entity you are viewing and the modules and information available to you.
